The present application is filed for recalling the orders dated 04/01/2019 and 26/02/2019. By the said orders, the appeal was dismissed against respondent no. 1, as no steps were taken to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 1 on record. 2.

This Court vide order dated 20/9/2022, specifically recorded that the learned counsel for the appellants is consistently absent, as a result of which, the matter has not been worked out. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 22/09/2022. On that date, this Court again observed that the learned counsel for the appellants, who filed the present application, is absent and it was made clear that, if the learned counsel for the appellant is not present on the next date, the Court shall be constrained to dismiss the application.
