Perused the statement of disclosure sent by Shri G.M. Kubde, Retired District and Sessions Judge.
In the light of the statement of disclosure submitted by Shri S.D. Mohod, Retired Principal District Judge, he is appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. Accordingly, in continuation of the order dated 12.07.2019, this application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is allowed by appointing Shri S.D. Mohod, Retired Principal District Judge as Arbitrator. The parties shall deposit the security amount of Rupees Five Thousand each. The miscellaneous civil application is allowed and disposed of.
