We have proceeded to hear the controversy in the light of orders passed today in Criminal Writ Petition No. 603/2016 (Ravindra Narayan Hatghare .vrs. The State of Maharashtra and others).

Here the petitioner has been placed in

Order 2811wp673.16 Category 4[d] by the respondent - Authorities and it is yet to be finally approved by the State Government. 5.

In this situation, we direct the respondent no.1 to take final decision on the categorization of petitioner within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order to it.

Criminal Writ Petition is, thus, partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
