Seen the letter dated 24th January 2019.

Accepting the explanation given in the letter, time to dispose the civil suits is extended till 30th April 2019. The learned trial Judge has expressed that one of the reason for delay in deciding the civil suit is that the District Stamp Collector, Dist.Wardha has not sent report inspite of letter dated 8th January 2019.

The office of Government Pleader, Nagpur shall ensure that the grievance expressed by the learned trial Judge is brought to the notice of the District Stamps Collector, Wardha.

Ms Tajwar Khan, A.G.P. assures that necessary communication would be made with the District Stamps Collector, Wardha.
