By this criminal writ petition, the petitioner challenges the order of the Superintendent, Central Jail, Amravati, dated 25.07.2017 rejecting an application of the petitioner for death parole leave.

On a reading of the impugned order and on hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it appears that there is no scope for interference with the impugned order, at this stage. The reasons stated in the impugned order appear to be just and proper. Cogent reasons are recorded in the impugned order for rejecting the application for grant of death parole leave.
