The matter was considered in the first half and only to find out whether respondent no.2/Deputy Collector, Nagpur has said anything on the aspect of interest, the matter was adjourned to the second half. In the second half, the learned A.G.P., upon instructions, states that nothing was required to be said as no proceedings, as directed by this Court, were initiated.
This Court in its order dt.25.7.2013, while disposing of Writ Petition No.4401 of 2012, has given liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings for adjudication of their demand of interest. Liberty is still available. In view of the said liberty and as the petitioners have received the amount of compensation, we dispose of the present proceedings. No costs.
