Despite service, the respondent nos.1, 3, 4 and 5, who are the Original Claimants, remained absent. The application is filed for condonation of delay of 568 days in filing the First Appeal by the applicant/Acquiring Body.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears to be a formal party, and therefore, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned, subject to cost of Rs.2000/- to be paid to the Registry of this Court, within four weeks for utilization of Dispensary of this Court.
