2] For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of accordingly. CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO. 447/2023 3] The Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as also under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C."). He submits that the petitioners will pursue remedy under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.

4] Permission is granted. The petition shall be treated as an application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. 5] The Registry shall list the application before appropriate Bench.
