The petitioner has tendered the pursis dated 05.10.2023 stating therein that the petitioner undertakes to pay arrears of Rs. 3,80,000/- (as on 30.09.2023) to the Respondent, in terms of the order passed by 21st Civil Judge, Senior Division & ACJM Spl.Court for DV Act, on 04.12.2020 in Cri.Misc.Application No.3522/2020. The manner of payment has also been mentioned in the pursis itself. The pursis is taken on record and marked as Article "A" for the purpose of identification. 2.
The learned counsel for the respondent has acceded to the proposal submitted by the petitioner to the aforesaid pursis. 3.
Both the learned Advocates submit that the petition could be disposed of in terms of the pursis filed by the petitioner. The request being innocuous, is accepted. Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the pursis.
4.
At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner makes a
WP.674.22 request to direct the trial Court to dispose of the proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,2005 in a time bound manner.
5.
To my mind, the purpose will be served if the trial Court is requested to dispose of the proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of nine months from today, considering the ripened age of the parties. Order accordingly. [ANIL L. PANSARE, J.] sahare
