After hearing the parties to this application, we propose to pass the following order in view of the fact that the investigation is still in progress :

The present application is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to take appropriate steps before the appropriate Court as and when occasion arises. All the points raised by the applicants in the present application are kept open.

If the applicants cooperate with the Investigating Officer in investigation, no coercive steps be taken against them.
