IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CAW NO. 1809/2017 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 158 OF 2017 (Jay Matadi Mall Vahatuk Co-operative Society Ltd., Jalgaon thr. its Secretary vs. Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation & Ors.) _____________________________________________________________________________ Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders or directions Court's or Judge's orders.

and Registrar's Orders.

CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & ROHIT B. DEO, JJ.

AUGUST 11, 2017.

Heard Shri N.B. Kalwaghe, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Kamlesh Ghumare with Shri N.R. Saboo, learned counsel for the applicants/ respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Shri C.V. Kale, learned counsel for respondent No. 3. 2.

Perused the application as also the order passed by this Court, particularly paragraph Nos. 15 & 16. We do not see anything therein warranting either clarification or for speaking to minutes.

3.

The other prayer in the application is to extend time to comply with Court orders.

4.

Shri N.B. Kalwaghe, learned counsel is opposing this prayer. He points out that some developments in the meanwhile have taken place which, according to him, are suppressed and also constitute contempt of order of this Court.

5.

In this situation, we leave all contentions open and reject that prayer also. Civil Application is accordingly rejected and disposed of. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
