DATED : 26-09-2024 The limited relief sought in the petition reads thus : "(A) to direct the respondent No.2 The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur, to forthwith take decision on the proposal dated 03-7-2023, submitted by the respondent No.3, for grant of its approval to the appointment of the petitioner Nos.1 and 2, as Shikshansevak, w.e.f. 27-6-2023 and to grant its approval to the appointment of the Petitioner No.3, as Shikshansevak."

The learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. H. Marathe has instructions to make a statement that the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur shall take a decision on the proposal dated 03-7-2023 submitted by respondent No.3 for grant of approval to the appointments of petitioners as Shikshan Sevak, with effect from 27-6-2023, within a period of six weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives in the petition for adjudication.

The petition stands disposed of.
