DATED : 29-08-2022 The learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. N.S. Rao has handed over across the bar communication dated 26-8-2022 received from Joint Commissioner, Directorate of Municipal Administration, Mumbai. 2.

The relevant paragraphs in the communication supra read thus :

"(1) Directorate of Municipal Administration has taken instructions from Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra on the issue of sanction regarding creation of post in the name of Late Shri Prabhudas Chauhan as per proposal submitted by Directorate of Municipal Administration on 23-8-2022.

(2) That Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra will require six weeks for grant of sanction to the proposal submitted by Directorate of Municipal Administration dated 23-8-2022.

(3) Thereafter Directorate of Municipal

2 wp7889.17. Administration will issue directions to Municipal Council Tumsar to clear all the dues within two weeks.

(4) In all eight weeks time will be required to clear the dues of the late Prabhudas Chauhan." 3.

We accept the statements made before us as undertaking to this Court.
