Heard learned counsel Shri R.K. Tiwari for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri N.B. Jawade for the non-applicant/State. In furtherance of order of this Court dated 4.10.2016, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, states that credentials of person, whose security is being furnished and who will stand as surety, are already verified and the address and other issues appear to be correct and genuine.
In this situation, we accept Manoj S/o Shamdas Barekar as person who will be surety for release of appellant No.1 Mangla w/o Ankush Bhondekar on probation in terms of Section 4 of .....2/-
Probation of Offenders Act, 1958. The bond shall be furnished in accordance with law before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today.
The Trial Court shall, after obtaining bond, issue necessary orders in terms of directions contained in the judgment of this Court delivered in Criminal Appeal No.529 of 2014 and subsequent orders passed on this application.
The criminal application is allowed and disposed of.
