By this application, the appellant/MSRTC seeks condonation of delay of 224 days in filing the first appeal. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the delay occurred on account of seeking necessary approvals and permissions and the same is unintentional. 3.
Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, delay of 224 days is condoned, subject to costs of Rs.3000/- to be paid by the appellant to the Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Cancer Hospital, Nagpur, within a period of six weeks from today. 4.
After payment of costs, receipt be submitted to this Court. 5.
Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. CAF St. No.3388/2025 By this application, original claimants seek withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court. The compensation is on account of death of Mr. Nitin Shewatkar. It is submitted that the claimants being dependents of the deceased are entitled for amount of compensation and accordingly permission is sought for withdrawal of the amount.

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, at this stage the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited alongwith interest, subject to furnishing usual undertaking.

Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. First Appeal ST. No.15978/2024 Call for the record and proceedings from the Tribunal. 2.
List the appeal for further consideration in the week commencing from 19-01-2026.
