In view of the above there shall be stay to the execution of impugned judgment and decree dated 02.05.2023 in LAC No.1190-AMT/AMT/2020 passed by Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur subject to deposit of the entire amount within six weeks failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
