DATED : MARCH 1, 2021 Mr. Samarth, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, respondent no.1-Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Amravati has decided the appeal itself and the said order is against him.

In that view of the mater, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a writ petition challenging the order passed by Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Amravati in Appeal No.11/2017.

The points raised in this writ petition are kept open. Needless to mention, interim order dated 13.10.2017 to continue for next one month.
