Learned counsel Shri R.R.Vyas for the applicant, submitted that during the pendency of the present application chargesheet is filed and the application for grant of bail was not considered by learned Judge of Court below after filing of chargesheet. Therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an application afresh.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an application afresh before Trial Court in view of subsequent filing of chargesheet which is change is circumstance.

It is made clear that the present application for grant of bail is not considered by this Court on its own merits.
