The learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petition is not filed by the petitioner himself and is filed through his Power of Attorney holder, the petitioner would file a fresh writ petition. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

The permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. We, however, make it clear that we have not considered the entitlement of the petitioner to the relief sought. Order accordingly.
