The Collector, Nagpur has submitted report dated 17th January, 2018 stating that the applicant No.1 is appointed by Shikshak Sahakari Bank on compassionate ground and is earning about Rs.84,000/- per annum. The report further states that the applicant No.1 along with her family members is residing in the house left by her deceased husband.

Considering the report submitted by the Collector, Nagpur, the prayer made by the applicants for grant of permission to prosecute the appeal as indigent person cannot be granted.

The civil application is dismissed.

FIRST APPEAL ST. NO. 17494/2017.

The appellants are granted eight weeks' time to pay the required court fee.
