JANUARY 13, 2025 The learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 4 has filed pursis stating therein that the said respondents appeared through power of attorney, who expired on 20/9/2022. He further submits that respondent nos. 2 and 4 are not in contact with him. Accordingly, he seeks discharge.

2] Considering the fact that the Counsel was appointed by power of attorney, who has expired, Mr. M.R. Joharapurkar, who is appearing for respondent nos. 2 and 4, stands discharged.

CIVIL APPLICATION NOS. 78 OF 2023, 79 OF 2023, 80 OF 2023 AND 81 OF 2023 3] By these applications, petitioner no.2 intends to bring on record the subsequent developments, wherein some of the parties have entered into sale-deed, which includes couple of petitioners as well. The applicant/petitioner no.2 intends to transpose other

3-WP-7911-2019 petitioners, who have sold the property to the respondents, as respondents, and further to add those persons, who have purchased the property.

4] In view of above and for the reasons set out in the applications, the same are allowed, as prayed for. Necessary amendment be carried out within fourteen working days.

5] The applications are disposed of.

WRIT PETITION NO. 7911/2019 6] After carrying out amendment, issue notice to the newly added respondents so also to respondent nos. 2 and 4 returnable four weeks thereafter. (ANIL L. PANSARE, J.) Sumit
