By this petition, the petitioners have challenged the order of the Hon'ble Minister of Revenue, Rehabilitation and Fisheries, Mumbai, dated 27.08.2015 staying the auction of fishing rights of Pothara and Lalnala tanks.

Shri Palshikar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, states on instructions that there is no stay to the auction of fishing rights of the two aforesaid tanks by the Hon'ble Minister and the auction of fishing rights of the aforesaid tanks would be held within a reasonable time.

By accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 3 & 5, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
