DATED : 04/09/2019 The petitioner is reinstated as per the order passed by the School Tribunal. The legality of the order passed by the School Tribunal is being examined in Writ Petition No.3948 of 2019 filed by the Management. In Writ Petition, this Court has passed an interim order on 11th June 2019 granting stay to the directions given by the School Tribunal regarding backwages on condition that the Management deposits Rs.5,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court. Management has deposited Rs.5,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court. 2] In the above facts, I see no reason to keep this contempt petition pending. Notice of contempt petition issued to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is discharged. Contempt petition is disposed. In the circumstances, parties to bear their own costs. (Z.A.HAQ, J.) Namrata
