No mala-fides are seen and it appears that the delay occurred in this case has been figured primarily due to the economic condition of the family of the applicant deteriorated post his arrest. Technically, he is behind the bar, although released on parole for limited period of time. The application, therefore, deserves to be allowed and it is allowed accordingly. The application is allowed and delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
