Rathod, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that as the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune, has permitted the petitioner to appear for 12th Standard examination, her grievance is redressed. An affidavit in support is also filed by the petitioner vide Stamp No. 3786 of 2016.

Shri Parchure, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 and Shri Naik, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 have no objection.
