DATE : 29th SEPTEMBER, 2022 By this application, the applicant is seeking to amend the writ petition in order to challenge the order of the SubDivisional Officer, whereby penalty has been imposed on the vehicle allegedly used for illegal transport of minor mineral (sand). The applicant / petitioner desires to add certain grounds of challenge, as also to place on record certain documents and to add prayer clause in the context of order dated 28/06/2022, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
