DATED : 23/03/2022 The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that from 01.04.2022 the learned Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (for short the "Appellate Tribunal") would be available. In view of the aforesaid, he seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition for challenging the order dated 23.11.2021 before the Appellate Tribunal.

Leave as prayed for is granted. However for a period of three weeks from today the interim order granted on 25.11.2021 shall continue to operate. It is however clarified that the Appellate Tribunal shall consider the matter on it's own merits without being influenced by the continuation of the interim order. All points raised are kept open.
