This application by respondent no.1/applicant is for directions to management/appellants to deposit his upto-date salary w.e.f. 27.11.1998 till the date of joining of respondent no.1 with appellants on 11.7.2016. Mr.S.M.Vaishnav, learned Counsel for the management/appellants submits that it has no objection if prayer clause (i) of the application is allowed which reads as under :

(i) issue direction to appellants to make fixation of pay for the post of Junior College Teacher in appellant No.2 College and to submit up-to-date salary bills to Deputy Director of Education for getting regular salary to respondent no.1 as per fixation of pay.

In that view of the matter, we issue directions to

289cp2.16 2/2 appellants to make fixation of pay for the post of Junior College teacher in appellant no.2/College and submit up-todate salary bills to respondent no.3 i.e. Deputy Director of Education for getting regular salary to respondent no.1 as per fixation of pay.

Learned Counsel for the Management seeks six weeks time to comply with the prayer made in prayer clause (i) of the application. In that view of the matter, Mr.V.A.Kothale, learned Counsel for respondent no.1 does not press prayer clause (ii) of the application. The Civil Application is disposed of in the above terms. Respondent no.3 to act upon salary bills submitted by the Management within three weeks thereafter.
