Dharmadhikari, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions has sought leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the respondent no.1 with a request for reconsideration of its decision taken vide order dated 05/07/2019 as many of the facts which were brought to its notice were not considered by the respondent no.1 while passing the impugned order.
