Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to her, the benefits of Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme as per the Government Resolution dated 02.09.2019 are not given to the petitioner and therefore, he has made representation dated 12.05.2023 to the authority concerned.

Accordingly, the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the representation dated 12.05.2023 within 10 weeks from today, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
