On 21.09.2015, the writ petition was argued by the learned counsel for the petitioners, at length. Since this Court was not in favour of the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought two weeks time. On 05.10.2015, the matter was again adjourned at the request of the counsel for the petitioners. On 19.10.2015, the matter was adjourned at the request made on behalf of the counsel for the petitioners with an understanding that it would be adjourned by way of a last chance. Today again, request is being made on behalf of the counsel for the petitioners for an adjournment of the matter. We decline to adjourn the matter in the circumstances of the case. The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution with costs of Rupees One Thousand.
