We have heard the petitioner in person and the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 4.

Perusal of the written submissions filed on behalf of the respondents indicates that in paragraph 6 it has been stated that outstanding dues in respect of the property in question are Rs.17,570/-. Shri A.K.Waghmare, petitioner in person, submits that the aforesaid amount would be deposited.

Shri S. V. Purohit, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 4 on instructions submits that within a period of fifteen days of deposit of such amount the electricity connection shall be provided to the petitioner. In view of aforesaid, on the petitioner depositing the amount of Rs.17,570/- with the respondent no.4, the said respondent shall within a period of fifteen days thereafter provide electricity connection to the petitioner.
