DATED : 14-12-2016 This application is filed by non-applicant/wife for permission to withdraw amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by applicant towards arrears of maintenance. It appears that by order dated 14-03-2016, this Court had directed applicant to pay Rs.1,00,000/- as aforesaid and in compliance to it said amount is deposited on 14-03-2016. Learned Counsel for applicant has not opposed for allowing non-applicant to withdraw said amount.

In that view of the matter following order is passed.

Application is allowed.

Non-applicant/wife is allowed to withdraw Rs.1,00,000/- deposited with the registry of this Court. Stand over to 05-01-2017.
