It is not necessary to detail the facts of the case in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner's grievance would be met as the Respondent No. 1 has now applied vide Application No. 1/2020 to the District Magistrate/District Collector, Nagpur.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the District Magistrate/District Collector should decide the application filed by Respondent No. 1 within a time bound period.

We find the request made is reasonable. The District Magistrate/District Collector will decide the Application No. 1/2020, annexed to the reply affidavit of Respondent No. 1, within a period of eight weeks from the date the Writ of this Court reaches to the District Magistrate/District Collector, Nagpur.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
