The appellants/applicants have filed the instant Application seeking extension of time for executing fresh bonds as per the directions dated 6th June,2017.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the application for suspension of sentence and for grant of bail under Section 389 Cr.P.C. was allowed by this Court on 6th June, 2017 directing the applicants to execute fresh bonds before the Court below of the same amount, within a period of two weeks from the date of the order. He further submits that fresh bonds could not be furnished as the applicant no.2 was not keeping well and, as such, prays for time to furnish the fresh bail bonds. For the reasons mentioned in the Application and in the interest of justice, the Application is allowed. Time for executing fresh bonds as per the directions dated 6th June, 2017 is extended by two weeks.
