The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is coming before this Court challenging the order dated 17.07.2025, passed by the Appellate Authority i.e. respondent no. 2 for not granting stay.

As there is a circular to take possession within a period of 2 days and since the application for stay has not been considered, it requires us to interfere in the case. Hence, the direction is given to the respondent no. 2 to decide the appeal within a period of two weeks, till then the respondent no. 5 shall not take possession of the property.
