The appellant has filed this appeal challenging the award passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur dated 19.7.2024 in Claim Application No.OA(II U)/NGP/71/2023. The appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount along with accrued interest thereon before this Court within a period of 12 weeks. The effect and operation of the impugned award is stayed subject to depositing the above amount by the appellant within a period of 12 weeks.
