Heard Ms. Tanna, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner.

In a petition challenging the charge sheet and praying for release of retirement dues, subsequent events after acquittal of the petitioner are sought to be brought on record.

Mrs. Deshpande, learned AGP for respondent No. 1 and Shri Patil, learned counsel for respondent No. 2, are seeking time to obtain instructions.

Writ Petition is admitted in the year 2006 and is pending for final hearing.

In this situation, we allow the application. The necessary amendment be carried out within one week. The respondents to file additional reply/ return, within a further period of two weeks.
