Shri P.B.Patil, the learned counsel for the University, states that the proposals of the petitioners would be considered afresh as the Government Resolution dated 22/01/2014 is stayed and the State Government has passed the Resolution dated 10/04/2015. It is stated that the proposals would be considered within a period of ten weeks. In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondent-University, Shri Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the grievance of the petitioners would stand redressed.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
