Issue notice to the respondents returnable after twelve weeks. CIVIL APPLICATION (C.A.F.) NO.2854/2024 3.

The appellant has filed this appeal challenging the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Achalpur dated 29.4.2024. The appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount along with accrued interest thereon before the M.A.C.T. by RTGS/NEFT within a period of 12 weeks. The effect and operation of the impugned award is stayed subject to depositing the above amount by the appellant within a period of 12 weeks. If the appellant fails to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the stay shall automatically stand vacated.
