The applicants and the non-applicant, who are personally present in the Court, admit the contents of the joint pursis as well as this application and the memorandum of understanding made before the learned mediator. They submit that the matter be disposed of in terms of the prayers made in this application as the parties have amicably settled *Corrected as per order of this Court dt.

Waghmare dt.15/09/2016) the dispute.

Learned Counsel for the rival parties endorsed to what is stated in the application.

Therefore, the revision application *Criminal Application No.163/2016 deserves to be allowed and it is allowed in terms of the prayer Clauses-(a) and (b). The parties shall abide by their solemn undertakings made before this Court in terms of the joint pursis, their commitments under the memorandum of settlements arrived at before the learned mediator as well as this application. Applicant No.1 is permitted to deposit a Demand Draft of Rs.12,50,000/- in this Court latest by tomorrow, i.e. on 31/8/2016 and thereafter, the non-applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount thereof.
