We are informed that the said powers are vested in the Divisional Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies.

In the aforesaid background, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition.

We direct the Competent Authority to deal with the proposal for rejuvenation and restructuring of Vijay Handloom Weavers Cooperative Society Ltd.,Hingna bearing Registration No.5926/1960 expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of production of this order by communicating the same to the petitioner.
