Heard Shri Badhani, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner and Mrs. K.S. Joshi, learned APP for the respondents.

As the detention continues, we condone the delay.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPW) NO. 119 OF 2016 We have today condoned delay of three days in filing an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition. For the same reasons, we allow the present application and recall the order dated 04.07.2016. The petitioner shall remove all office objections within two weeks. If the objections are not removed within two weeks, the application shall stand dismissed automatically, without reference to Court with cost of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee.
