Heard learned Counsel for the appellant and learned Counsel for respondent.

There is a mutual settlement before the learned Mediator. The settlement terms are taken on record and marked as "X" on 19/09/2025. However, as there were compliances as per settlement terms were to be carried out it was adjourned for today. It is informed that the compliances are carried out in view of the settlement terms Clause (i) that both the parties are abiding, accept and follow the judgment and decree passed on 05/03/2022 of divorce passed by the learned Family Court No.4, Nagpur in Petition No. A-1525/2019 in between Kishor Vs. Sonali, without reserving any right.

As such, the decree passed by the learned Family Court No.4, Nagpur in the above referred petition has attained finality. The parties were present before the Mediator and consent terms were drawn before him as the consent terms are voluntary and without pressure, coercion and influence those were finalized.

In view thereof, the Appeal stands disposed of in view of the settlement terms "X". The decree of the learned Family Court is hereby confirmed.
