The claimants/respondent Nos.1 to 4 have filed this application to modify the order. As per order dated 19.12.2017, the permission was granted to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-, as there is dispute between claimants inter se, it was not withdrawn. Again on 09.04.2018, the application was made and the permission was granted to withdraw 50% of the amount of interest, as only interest is allowed to be withdrawn. Nothing is withdrawn by the applicants. The applicants now seek permission to modify the said order.

The order is modified and the claimants are allowed to withdraw 50% amount of the entire deposited amount with interest.

Registry is directed to release the amount by equal shares in the account of all the claimants. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel for appellant seeks time to remove the office objections in private paperbook. 6.

Three weeks time is granted to remove the objections.
