By the present application, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are seeking permission for withdrawal of decreetal amount deposited in this Court by the appellant.

Considering the submission and contents mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and as per the directions given in the award dated 14.11.2018, the respondent No.1 only is permitted to withdraw 50% amount to the extent of his share in the decreetal amount on furnishing of usual undertaking.
