As such, the issuance of notice for restoration is dispensed with.

Since the appeal was dismissed for non removal of office objections, as prayed we treat the present civil application as Civil Revision Application as the order of refusal of registration is under challenge. Amendment to that effect to be carried out within a period of two weeks.

An undertaking is given that the objections shall be removed within a period of three weeks.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking and subject to payment of costs of Rs.3,000/- to be paid to the Family Court Bar Association, Nagpur, within a period of two weeks from today, the civil application is allowed and disposed of.

In case, the acknowledgment of payment of costs is not produced, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 7.
If the costs are paid, the appeal be restored to its original file.

The present Civil Revision Application stands allowed and disposed of.
9.
If the order is complied with, the appellant to file private paper-book within a period of two weeks.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant undertakes that the amount with interest
