Learned Advocate for the respondent No.4 - caveator raised an objection that the impugned order is appealable as per Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 and as held by this Court in the judgment delivered in Writ Petition No.5362/2017 (Vishwanath Marotrao Ganjre V/s. Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Amravati and others) on 28th August, 2018. In view of the above judgment, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy. Writ petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
2] The respondents / Authorities are directed that the impugned order shall not be implemented / executed for the period of 15 days from today. JUDGE Tambaskar.
