This application is filed by the applicants for condonation of delay in filing cross-objection. There is delay of 188 days in filing crossobjection. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 vehemently objected the application as there are no sufficient reasons to condone the delay.

For the reasons stated in para 3 of the application, this Court is satisfied that delay is unintentional and there are justified reasons. Hence, delay is condoned. Accordingly application is allowed.
