This is an application for condonation of 115 days delay in filing the appeal against impugned judgment and award. According to the appellant/claimant the compensation determined by the Tribunal is not just, proper and reasonable. The reasons for delay have been stated in the application.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the case is made out for condonation of delay.
